Present continuous tense 

Formula : ( object  + am / is /are + being + v3 + by + subject )

1)  The mechanic is repairing the car.( Active voice )

Ans : The car is being repaired by the mechanic. ( passive voice ) 

2) The monkey is eating a banana.( active voice )

Ans : A banana is being eaten by the monkey. ( passive voice) 

3)  She is typing a letter.

Ans : A letter is being typed by her.

4)  I am reading a novel.

Ans : A novel is being read by me.

5)  The cows are eating grass.

Ans :  Grass is being eaten by the cows.
